1) Describe what a filmmaking student should expect out of the class.
A film making student should expect to come in to class and be ready to make films. they will need to learn how to operate a camera and edit. They will also be willing to film outside of class. they need to learn how to talk to other people and make groups with others. also be able to come up with many ideas and bounce them off other people.
2) Identify the challenges (and solutions) of working on group projects.
challenges is to make the work even through everyone. and getting people together out side of class to film
3) Suggest 5 things that any filmmaking student should do if they want to be successful in this class.
be prepared to work
understand a camera
try to learn editing quickly
be social
be open to other ideas
4) Answer the following: Knowing what you know now, how would you approach this class differently if you were to take it again.
i would approach it knowing that i have to do work. and maybe trying to have more partners. i would like to not go with my first idea that pops into my head.
5) Make 2 suggestions for next year’s class—it could be a project idea, an organizational suggestion or anything that you think would improve the class. (“Get a different teacher” is not an option).
